Arrival and Departure Dates

Please plan to arrive into Thailand Bangkok by Tuesday, 16 May 2017 such that you can attend the welcome reception at 7.30pm that day. Note the journey from airport to hotel will take approximately 60 minutes.

The conference closes with lunch on Thursday, 18 May 2017. We have organised optional networking activity after lunch. So you may choose to depart on Thursday, 18 May 2017 afternoon or extend your stay at your own cost accordingly.

You have to make your own travel arrangements to Thailand and these (including flights) are not covered by Fortinet.

Arrival and Departure Airport

Please book your flight to arrive in Suvarnabhumi International Airport or Don Muang International Airport in Bangkok, Thailand.

Airport Transfers

Fortinet will organize transfers from the airport on 16 May 2017 and to the airport on 18 May 2017 and only on these dates. In order to provide you with the best service, you will be asked to provide your flight details online via your registration page once your registration has been approved.

Thailand Visa

Foreigners must possess valid passports or similar documents and comply with the regulations contained in the Immigration Act and its related provisions.

Should you need an invitation letter for Visa purposes, please mention it upon registration and provide your full passport details upon registration.

Please note that the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand manages Visa regulations.

Delegates will be provided a single room for 2 nights on Tuesday, 16 May 2017 and Wednesday, 17 May 2017. Accommodation beyond the scheduled conference dates is the responsibility of the attendee. Delegates wishing to extend their stay should contact Parisa Sundaranu from the hotel directly to make the necessary arrangements.

Wireless Internet access will be available for free in all guest rooms and conference areas.
